Reiki is an holistic treatment and uses energy that can help to allow energy to flow more freely through our bodies. 

We have seven chakras which can become blocked due to stress, emotional or physical problems. 

Reiki can unblock our chakras allowing the energy to flow more freely.

 The effects can be felt both physically and mentally.

Distance Reiki is also available, this can be carried out wherever you are in the world. 

Reiki does not have to b e limited to in person sessions so don't let your location be a barrier to receiving reiki, the energy will come to you.

For companies based in Manchester city centre locations, we can set up a relaxing space, providing taster sessions or full reiki sessions.

Specialist sessions can be provided for Menopause wellness events.  

We can also source spaces if you wish to host the event outside of the office / business space.

Therapeutic Employment Coach 

A combination of counselling and coaching, designed to help you reach your goals either in your current role or perhaps a change of career. 

Alongside practical support, we provide a safe and non judgemental space to share any deep emotions that may be holding you back in your career.

Whilst counselling and coaching are effective when used alone, combining both elements can be useful especially when discussing barriers and limiting self beliefs as deep rooted emotions can be held in a safe and theraputic space.

The reason your holding  back from a promotion may be due to low self esteem, not feeling good enough for a role, this is where the counselling element can make a difference to just coaching alone.
